To better support the personalized needs of individual users and enterprises in the technical implementation process, we offer 1-on-1 engineer technical support services.
All services are led, allocated, and managed by NEEAI. Engineers are selected and assigned by NEEAI to ensure professional capabilities and service quality. NEEAI also serves as an intermediary guarantor, supervising the entire service process with the commitment:Full refund if the task is not completed。
How the Service Works?
After you submit your service request, NEEAI will match and assign suitable certified engineers based on the technical direction, environmental requirements, and urgency, providing one-on-one specialized support to help you efficiently solve problems.
Service Process
Requirement Submission
You clearly describe the required support content, target environment, and expected outcomes.
Platform Evaluation and Assignment
The platform evaluates the complexity of the requirements, determines the quotation and delivery cycle, and assigns a dedicated certified engineer for you.
Official Confirmation
The platform sends official service confirmation information to you and the engineer, clarifying the scope of service, price, and time nodes.
Payment Escrow
You pay the fee to NEEAI, and the funds are securely escrowed by the platform until the service is completed.
Service Delivery
The engineer works according to the plan and completes the delivery;
If the actual delivery time exceeds 100% of the estimated cycle (e.g., estimated 2 days, actually exceeding 4 days without completion), you can cancel the order without liability and apply for a full refund;
If an extension is needed, it is recommended that both parties negotiate, and the platform can assist with communication and coordination;
Historical service delivery success rate is 100%, all completed successfully.
Acceptance Confirmation
After the service is completed, you provide feedback on the acceptance results via email:
Acceptance passed → Enter the settlement process;
Acceptance failed → Please explain the specific reasons.
Settlement and Refund
Acceptance passed: The platform settles the fee to the engineer;
Acceptance failed and both parties have no objection: The service is terminated, and the platform provides a full refund;
Acceptance failed and there is a dispute: The platform intervenes to investigate and coordinate, making a ruling based on facts.
Standard Service Pricing Reference
System Deployment Service
- Includes core component installation, basic configuration, model access, API debugging, etc., ensuring standard platform functions and sample templates operate normally.
- Supports mainstream and domestic environments (such as domestic CPUs/GPUs). The latter may have increased costs due to higher deployment complexity.
(Subject to specific environmental assessment)
Other Technical Services
- Includes POC setup, performance tuning, usage guidance, function verification, integration support, etc.
- Quotation is based on initial assessment. If requirements remain unchanged, the price remains fixed, regardless of actual hours worked.
Note: The final price is subject to platform assessment and confirmation.
